Local area children can trick-or-treat without the fear of traffic as they receive candy from recognized S&T student organizations. The annual Halloween Trunk-Or-Treat takes place from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, in the Residential College parking lot next to the Dairy Queen on University Drive.
