Part concert, part multi-media event, “Ricky Nelson Remembered” is a celebration of the life of America’s original “teen idol.” Starring Nelson’s twin sons, Matthew and Gunnar Nelson, the tribute includes an intimate look at their father’s career and his family life.
When viewing a website, it takes users less than two-tenths of a second to form a first impression, according to recent eye-tracking research conducted at Missouri University of Science and Technology. But it takes a little longer – about 2.6 seconds – for a user’s eyes to land on that area of a website that most influences their first impression.
Missouri University of Science and Technology will host the Missouri Region 8 History Day contest Friday, Feb. 24, at the Havener Center. More than 175 students from schools in a seven-county area of the state will participate. This year’s theme is “Revolution, Reaction, Reform.”
