A favorite Broadway musical “Bye Bye Birdie” will be performed at Missouri S&T at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 21. The concert will be held in Leach Theatre of Castleman Hall.

The open, contemporary structure that now occupies the spot where the Missouri S&T Mechanical Engineering Annex stood for more than a century makes a long-time university priority a reality. Toomey Hall, which will be formally dedicated April 17, mirrors the cutting-edge learning that takes place inside.

A lead scientist for NASA’s Phoenix Lander Mission to Mars is scheduled to speak at Missouri S&T on April 16.

Missouri S&T choirs will present their spring concert at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 19, in Leach Theater of Castleman Hall. The Chamber Choir and the University Choir will perform under the direction of Lorie Francis, a lecturer in the arts, languages and philosophy department at S&T.

The area community is invited to learn about Middle Eastern culture and customs during Saudi Night at Missouri S&T on Saturday, April 11. The event will be held from 6-9 p.m. in St. Pat’s Ballroom in the Havener Center.
