The Concrete Research Council of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Foundation has recognized Dr. Kamal Khayat, the Vernon & Maralee Jones Professor of Civil Engineering and director of the Center for Infrastructure Engineering Studies, with the 2020 Robert E.
