Part concert, part multi-media event, “Ricky Nelson Remembered” is a celebration of the life of America’s original “teen idol.” Starring Nelson’s twin sons, Matthew and Gunnar Nelson, the tribute includes an intimate look at their father’s career and his family life.
Missouri University of Science and Technology will host the Missouri Region 8 History Day contest Friday, Feb. 24, at the Havener Center. More than 175 students from schools in a seven-county area of the state will participate. This year’s theme is “Revolution, Reaction, Reform.”
