First-day enrollment sees bump in new students at Missouri S&T

Missouri University of Science and Technology welcomed 7,037 students on its first day of classes yesterday (Monday, Aug. 19). Last year’s first-day enrollment at the STEM-focused university was 7,022 students, meaning the overall enrollment from year-to-year remains steady.

They bring a wide range of expertise that includes topics such as algorithmic fairness, analyzing complex data, earthquake seismology, extraction of metals, infrastructure, machine learning, neuroimaging and user interface and user experience (UI/UX).
