Single tickets are available now for the Campus Performing Arts Series at Missouri University of Science and Technology, which kicks off with magician Anna DeGuzman on Aug. 30.
DeGuzman has been hailed as “a master magician of the digital age” by GQ. She is the first woman magician to reach the finale of “America’s Got Talent,” earning second place in season 18 of the television show. She uses her skill in “cardistry,” the art of manipulating playing cards, to add flair to her close-up magic.
The show will begin at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30 in Leach Theatre in Castleman Hall, located on the Missouri S&T campus at 10th and Main streets. Tickets are $25 for the general public, $20 for Missouri S&T faculty and staff, $10 for youth under 18 and $5 for Missouri S&T students.
To purchase tickets for Campus Performing Arts Series events, visit minertix.universitytickets.com and select the category “Leach Theatre.” Tickets can also be purchased by calling the Leach Theatre box office at 573-341-4219. The box office is open for phone purchases 10 a.m – 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Service fees may apply to tickets purchased online or by phone.
Season ticket sales have been extended, with the Premium Full Season Pass and Family Season pass available until Aug. 30, and both Four Packs (with or without STOMP) available until Nov. 15.
