Missouri S&T’s sponsored area will open each day at 9 a.m. and feature daily demonstrations at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Demonstrations include fire art, Spot the Robodog, illusions and make-your-own-earthquake. Fair goers can participate in activities throughout the day, such as a planetarium, virtual reality, yard games, 3D printing and robots. Visitors can also enter to win prizes.

The university’s STEM Mobile will be parked in the area. The new vehicle brings hands-on educational activities to sites throughout the state. STEM is an acronym for science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

Drop by to say hi and have some fun while learning. Missouri S&T is the state’s premier technological research university and we’re looking forward to showcasing what we offer.”
