“The Tempest” is the story of Prospero, the Duke of Milan, who has been exiled to a remote island. Prospero conjures up a storm to shipwreck his usurping brother, Antonio, on the island in an attempt to restore his daughter, Miranda, to her rightful place.
Aquila Theatre’s presentation of “The Tempest” brings innovative style and dynamic physical approach to the production of Shakespeare’s tale of enlightenment and forgiveness.
The Leach Theatre performance of “The Tempest” is sponsored in part by Robert and Susan Hooper and St. James Winery.
