The Kummer Foundation Board of Directors at Missouri University of Science and Technology welcomed four new members at its quarterly meeting this week. Members of the board serve four-year terms with the possibility of one renewal and are responsible for fiduciary management of a $300 million gift from Fred and June Kummer to Missouri S&T in 2020.

Missouri S&T alumnus contributes $5 million to the university’s new Arrival District
Missouri S&T alumnus Tim Bradley and his wife, Kay, have contributed $5 million to Missouri S&T in support of an Arrival District that will create a new “front door” for the university. Their gift will support the reconfiguration of University Drive from U.S. Interstate 44 to campus and name it Bradley Way.

R. Tim Bradley of Austin, Texas, retired president of Kinder Morgan C02 Co., will speak at two commencement ceremonies at Missouri University of Science and Technology this month. Bradley earned a bachelor of science degree in petroleum engineering from Missouri S&T in 1977.
