Warner, professor emeritus of geological engineering and former dean of the School of Mines and Metallurgy at the University of Missouri-Rolla, has been appointed to the state’s Board of Geologist Registration by Missouri Gov. Matt Blunt. Warner’s appointment was recently confirmed by the Missouri Senate.
