Wang has created a wastewater system “in a box.” Each system, built by re-purposing a shipping container, is low power, low maintenance and highly efficient. Built from weathering steel, these containers are designed to be tough and can be dropped on site by helicopters.

All student organizations and community groups are invited to celebrate the International Day of Peace on Monday, Sept. 21, at Missouri S&T. A parade and candlelight vigil will begin at 7:15 p.m. at the Puck, located in the middle of S&T’s campus.
A student at Missouri University of Science and Technology has been confirmed to have the H1N1 virus. This is the first confirmed case at Missouri S&T. The affected student is now at permanent residence and is believed to have had minimal contact with others on campus prior to his departure for home.
