Saudi Arabia students affected by Crowdstrike outage still able to enjoy summer camps

Missouri S&T holds a wide variety of STEM-related summer camps that bring in students from around the nation, and even all around the world. In July, a group of four high school students from Saudi Arabia had a difficult journey getting to the Missouri S&T campus to attend the Exploring Materials in Your World Camp. While they were forced to miss most of the actual camp, S&T employees ensured the international students still had a fun and educational time while at Missouri S&T.

Missouri S&T’s first graduating class in 1874 consisted of three students. This May, Missouri S&T celebrated with over 1,100 students in the Class of 2024 at three ceremonies. Missouri S&T commencement speakers announced

More than 1,100 Missouri University of Science and Technology graduates will be awarded degrees during three upcoming ceremonies. Dr. Kim Colter, a community hospitalist for Mercy, will speak at the May 10 ceremony for Ph.D. graduates. Robert “Bob” Clark, founder of Clayco, will speak at both May 11 ceremonies.
