The Campus Performing Arts Series at Missouri University of Science and Technology is bringing beautiful music to Rolla this November with “Tapestry Unraveled: The Music of Carole King.”

The show will begin at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, in Leach Theatre of Castleman Hall, located on the Missouri S&T campus at 10th and Main streets in Rolla. Tickets are $25 for the general public, $20 for Missouri S&T faculty and staff, and $5 for youth under 18 and Missouri S&T students.

Tina Naponelli and her five-piece band capture the essence of Carole King in a unique tribute experience. From songs made famous by other musicians like “Chains” and “You’ve Got a Friend,” to King’s own hit 1971 album “Tapestry,” Naponelli’s powerful voice pays homage to one of America’s greatest songwriters.

Tickets can be purchased at the Leach Theatre Box Office, located inside the main entrance of Castleman Hall, facing 10th Street. The box office is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tickets can also be purchased online at leachtheatre.mst.edu/tickets or by calling 573-341-4219. Service fees may apply to tickets purchased online or by phone.
