Missouri S&T releases official fall enrollment numbers

Missouri S&T students jump for joy – quite literally – at the university’s “Party at the Puck” celebration for new students on Aug. 11. The number of new students enrolled on the first day of classes increased by 6% when compared to last year. Michael Pierce/Missouri S&T.

The official fall 2024 enrollment at Missouri University of Science and Technology, recorded at the end of the semester’s fourth week, is 7,155, according to Missouri S&T Registrar Deanne Jackson.  

The fall enrollment total includes 1,276 first-time freshmen, an increase from last year’s total of 1,196. It also includes 699 extended-learning students, 6,456 on-campus students, 277 transfer students and 571 new graduate students.
