Missouri S&T is cooperating with the Phelps County Sheriff’s Department on an investigation related to a charge of possession of child pornography.
The South Central Missouri Computer Crime Task Force announced today (Wednesday, Feb. 10) that Neil Outar was charged with possession of child pornography. Outar, who was the university’s chief diversity officer, is no longer employed with the university as of today.
Anitra Rivera, director of student diversity initiatives at S&T, will serve as acting chief diversity officer, effective Thursday, Feb. 11.
