The 62nd annual Asphalt Conference will be held Dec. 3-4 at Missouri S&T. Registration is $140 per person and is available online at asphalt.mst.edu.

Organizers say the conference will be of interest to contractors, public agencies, consulting engineers, testing labs, aggregate producers, asphalt binder suppliers and technical equipment representatives. Conference participants will receive credit for professional development hours.

Conference presentations will include topics such as recycled asphalt shingles, best management practices for quality control, performance of low gyration mixes, transitioning from nuclear density testing, a Rolla Airport full-depth reclamation project report, plant burner operation and maintenance, cost-effective friction surface treatments, Flexibility Index test methods, and more.
