Students can still sign up for the three-day Aerospace Camp at Missouri University of Science and Technology. The camp will be held July 15-17. Students should be age 10 to 13 on or before the camp begins.
Aerospace Camp attendees will experience aeronautics and space flight from the ground up as they learn about the history of flight, astronomy and space exploration. They will participate in computer-based flight simulations, construct and launch rockets and work with robotics.
The camp is $275 per child, which includes a two-night stay on campus and all meals during the camp. All campers are required to stay in Missouri S&T’s residence halls. Participants are responsible for transportation to and from the campus.
