Message from chancellor: inclement weather

According to the National Weather Service a major winter storm is predicted to impact Missouri and surrounding states over the next two days. Inclement and hazardous weather conditions are predicted for tonight, Tuesday and Wednesday.
I want to make sure that the campus community knows that the safety of our students, faculty and staff is paramount. Please use your best judgment when making a decision whether to come to campus if conditions are hazardous.
We will make a decision regarding closing the campus tomorrow morning by 6 a.m. Be sure to check the campus website, your email and local media outlets before coming to campus on Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011.
