The annual Missouri Concrete Conference will be held Tuesday, April 29, and
Wednesday, April 30, in the Havener Center at Missouri University of Science
and Technology.

The conference is for engineers, city public works personnel, state agency
personnel, county road personnel, federal agency personnel, paving contractors,
ready mix supplier representatives, equipment manufacturing representatives,
consultants, and cement and admixture suppliers.

Presentations at the conference include: maturity implementation panel, new
developments in cement, petrographic investigations, roller compacted concrete
case history, concrete recycling, building design mistakes and lessons, special
inspections, floor flatness case history, concrete materials basics, ASR-deicer
issue, two-lift pavement construction, Missouri concrete overlays, contractor’s
quality control program, HIPERPAV update, MoDOT technician certification,
specification changes and end-result pilot projects.

Registration for the conference is $120 per person.
