Members of the campus and Rolla communities are invited to attend the St. Patrick’s Grand Ball, an event to raise funds for female students at UMR, on St. Patrick’s Day (Saturday, March 17) in the St. Pat’s Ballroom of the Havener Center on the University of Missouri-Rolla campus.

The event is co-sponsored by UMR Chancellor John F. Carney III’s office and UMR Coterie, which provides scholarships for women attending UMR. It is being held in coordination with the 99th annual St. Pat’s Celebration, which culminates with the St. Pat’s Parade through downtown Rolla earlier in the day.

The St. Patrick’s Grand Ball begins at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 17, with a cocktail hour, followed by dinner at 7 p.m. and dancing at 8 p.m. The Kansas City, Mo., ensemble The Radio Kings will perform.

Cost for the event is $25 per person. Table reservations for groups of eight are welcomed, and reservations are due by Friday, March 9.
