UMR’s University and Community Orchestra to perform in free concert March 11

The University of Missouri-Rolla’s University and Community Orchestra and the University Chamber Orchestra will hold a performance at 8 p.m. Friday, March 11, in Leach Theatre of Castleman Hall, 10th and Main streets in Rolla.
The performance is free and open to the public.
The orchestras will perform pieces by composers Aaron Copeland, Joseph Haydn and Ludwig van Beethoven. For more information on the performance, contact Don Miller, assistant professor of music and director of UMR bands and orchestras, at (573) 341-4698.
