Eight high school teachers and counselors took part in the 2003 High School Teachers and Counselors Engineering Conference Dec. 7 and 8 at UMR.

The conference allows high school teachers and counselors to learn more about engineering education and various careers in engineering. It also gives them an opportunity to pass this knowledge on to their students.

The conference is sponsored by UMR’s School of Engineering and School of Mines and Metallurgy.
