Missouri S&T anticipates the launch of a new bachelor’s degree program in semiconductor engineering in fall 2025. The program will help address the profession’s workforce gap, which federal and industry employment projections show could soar to the tens of thousands over the next several years.

Missouri S&T researchers earn two Department of Energy grants

A physicist and ceramic engineer from Missouri S&T have both been selected to receive grants from the Department of Energy’s Funding for Accelerated, Inclusive Research (FAIR) initiative. The two researchers’ projects were selected by a competitive, scientific peer-reviewed process.
