The Leach Theatre stage will transform into a skating rink for “Christmas Celebration on Ice” this December. 

The performance begins at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, in Leach Theatre in Castleman Hall, located on the Missouri S&T campus at the corner of 10th and Main streets in Rolla. This performance is sponsored by Phelps County Bank and Day’s Inn & Suites. 

“Christmas Celebration on Ice” is full of high-flying tricks and special effects, all playing out on a special rink set up on the stage. The show features classic Christmas stories told with a modern twist, and old favorite Christmas carols mixed with new songs that the whole family can enjoy.  

Tickets are $40 for adults, and $15 for youth under 18 and Missouri S&T students with a valid ID.  

Tickets can be purchased at the Leach Theatre Box Office, located inside the main entrance of Castleman Hall, facing 10th Street. Regular box office hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and will resume Monday, Nov. 27, following Thanksgiving. The box office will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday starting at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21. Tickets can also be purchased by phone at 573-341-4219 when the box office is open, or online at any time at leachtheatre.mst.edu. Service fees may apply to tickets purchased online or by phone.
