Eleven students at Missouri S&T will compete for the titles of Homecoming King and Queen this October.

Missouri S&T’s Student Union Board will choose the winners through voting after conducting interviews prior to Homecoming, which will be held Oct. 27-28.

The queen and king, as well as runners-up, will be announced during halftime ceremonies of the Missouri S&T Homecoming football game. The game features Missouri S&T taking on William Jewell College and starts at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, at Allgood-Bailey Stadium in Rolla.

Queen candidates are:

• Alyssa Crum, a senior in engineering management from Villa Ridge, Missouri
• Kate Fabac, a senior in engineering management from Olathe, Kansas
• Gemma Flores-Olivas, a senior in electrical engineering from Rolla, Missouri
• Grace Hollaway, a senior in aerospace engineering from Jefferson City, Missouri
•  Emma Likert, a senior in English and technical communication from Cuba, Missouri
• Anjali Malge, a graduate student in computer science from Rangareddy, India

King candidates are:

• Lucas Arias, a senior in aerospace engineering from St. Louis
• Ryan Highfill, a senior in civil engineering from Ozark, Missouri
• Haima Kavuri, a graduate student in computer science from Vijayawada, India
• Justin Rhomberg, a senior in mechanical engineering from Saint Charles, Missouri
• Andrew Winnigar, a senior in engineering management from Independence, Missouri.
