Tickets are on sale now for the Reduced Shakespeare Company’s “Hamlet’s Big Adventure,” with a special discount available for Missouri S&T students.
The show begins at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 21, at Leach Theatre in Castleman Hall, located on the Missouri S&T campus at the corner of 10th and Main streets in Rolla.
“Hamlet’s Big Adventure” is a comedic prequel to Shakespeare’s play, in which Hamlet and friends put on a show to save the local nunnery from closing. The show contains occasional bawdy language and mild innuendo and is described by the Reduced Shakespeare Company as “PG-13 — pretty good if you’re 13.”
Tickets are $38 for adults and $33 for individuals under age 18. Missouri S&T students can purchase tickets for $10, either on the Leach Theatre website or by presenting a valid student ID at the box office.
Tickets can be purchased at the Leach Theatre Box Office, located inside the main entrance of Castleman Hall, facing 10th Street. The box office is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tickets can also be purchased online at leachtheatre.mst.edu or by calling 573-341-4219. Service fees may apply to tickets purchased online or by phone.
