If you’re looking for a different kind of summer camp experience, check out Missouri University of Science and Technology’s extensive summer lineup.

With programs in science, technology and engineering, students are engaged through creative, hands-on activities. They can build a robot, fly a rocket or learn all about engineering. Girls can also learn about the environment or what careers in math, science and technology are all about.

Summer camps still accepting registration are listed below. Grade requirements for the camps are for the grade students will enter in fall 2011.

Aerospace Camp. Students age 10-13 spend three action-packed days in the world of space flight and aeronautics. Two sessions are available, July 12-14 and July 26-28.
