This season of Missouri University of Science and Technology’s Campus Performing Arts Series concludes with a performance by the East Coast Chamber Orchestra. The vibrant young string players will perform at 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 25, in Leach Theatre of Castleman Hall on the Missouri S&T campus, 10th and Main streets in Rolla.

Tickets are $35 for adults and $25 for students and youth. The first 75 tickets for Missouri S&T students are free.

Tickets are available online or from the Leach Theatre Box Office. Box office hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call 573-341-4219 for more information.

Working without a conductor, the 17 leading soloists and chamber musicians of ECCO bring passion, skill and joy to their performances. The group combines the strength and power of an orchestral ensemble with the personal, intimate nature of chamber music. Their fresh interpretations of new and old works take classical music to a deeper level.

Leach Theatre will offer discounted tickets through its “Back Row Club” one hour prior to the event, should tickets remain for the show. The seats in the last row of the theater will be sold for $10 each prior to the performance.

This performance of ECCO is sponsored in part by Ward Merrell and public radio station KMST. Support for this event is provided by the Maxwell C. Weiner Foundation. Additional funding for the Missouri S&T Campus Performing Arts Series is provided by the Missouri S&T Endowment for the Performing Arts.
