Due to hazardous road conditions and the extreme low temperatures forecast for Wednesday, the Missouri University of Science and Technology campus will again be closed on Wednesday (Feb. 2).

All classes for Wednesday are canceled and Missouri S&T offices are closed. Students should notify their families of this announcement.

Employees considered “situationally critical” in accordance with University of Missouri policy (http://www.umsystem.edu/ums/departments/hr/manual/217.shtml) should report to work. Staff should check with their supervisors to determine if they are “situationally critical.”

For the benefit of Missouri S&T students, the Havener Center, Curtis Laws Wilson Library, and the Student Recreation Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday. Student Health Services will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
