The earthquake that struck Chile Saturday, Feb. 27, was reportedly felt in parts of neighboring Bolivia, but a group of Missouri S&T students working in Bolivia are believed to be unaffected by the earthquake.
Missouri S&T’s Engineers Without Borders student chapter left for Bolivia on Feb. 24 to continue their work with the community of Los Eucaliptos, a rural subdivision located in Erquis Sud, Bolivia. Their location is more than 1,000 miles from the Chile earthquake’s epicenter.
