The 2007-2008 season of the University of Missouri-Rolla Campus Performing
Arts Series continues this month with a performance by the Voloshky Dance
Company.

The performance will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov.8, in Leach Theatre
of Castleman Hall, 10th and Main streets on the UMR campus. Admission is $28
for adults and $18 for students age 18 and younger.

Voloshky Dance Company creates a rousing show of art and energy
characteristic of the vitality of the Ukranian people. The Voloshky style is
bold and powerful, featuring dazzling athleticism.

The dancers combine authenticity and originality in style and composition,
drawing from a repertoire of more than 40 traditional dances that represent
every region of Ukraine.

The next performance in the Campus Performing Arts Series is a performance
of the Sigmund Romberg Orchestra titled A Viennese Christmas on Dec. 7.
