UMR group offers insight on finding financing for new businesses

The Center for Entrepreneurship and Outreach at the University of Missouri-Rolla is hosting a training event on sources of financing for new businesses from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31, in Room 206 of UMR’s University Center.
The class is targeted at current or future business owners who want to identify key sources of financing. Topics to be covered include sources of financing, loan application requirements, lending terminology, credit requirements and the criteria lenders use.
The cost of the course is $49. Pre-registration is required.
