Training class deals with difficult people in the workplace

The Center for Entrepreneurship and Outreach (CEO) at the University of Missouri-Rolla will host a training class on strategies for dealing with difficult people in the workplace from 8 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, Oct. 18, in the Carver Room of the Havener Center.
The fee for the class and class materials is $75. Participants will practice communication strategies and interact with different personalities found in the workplace.
