University of Missouri-Rolla public radio station KUMR will host its annual membership picnic from 4:30-7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15, at Lions’ Club Park on U.S. Highway 63 South in Rolla.
KUMR will supply the main dishes, which include pulled pork, brisket sandwiches, hot dogs and veggie burgers. Underwriters and friends are asked to bring a covered dish, salad or dessert. This year, the picnic will include a baking competition with three categories: pies, cakes, and miscellaneous foods.
