The Blue Key National Honorary at the University of Missouri-Rolla and the UMR Student Union Board will host the seventh annual UMR Block Party Saturday, April 22, at the Havener Center on the UMR campus.

The block party begins at 2 p.m. and continues through 11 p.m. It is free and open to the public.

Block Party events include:

2 p.m. – Student Organization Carnival, Bungee Run, Laser Tag and Obstacle Course

4 p.m. – Free barbecue sponsored by UMR Intrafraternity Council, UMR Panhellenic Council and UMR Residence Hall Association

5 p.m. – performance by Perfect 10 Improvisational Group

7 p.m. – performance by the band LUDO

8:30 p.m. – performance by the band Vandalyzm

9:30 p.m. – fireworks display

In the event of rain, all activities will be moved at the UMR Miner Recreation Center, 10th Street and Bishop Avenue in Rolla.
