MSPE and MSM-UMR Alumni Association to sponsor annual Shrimp Feed

UMR’s annual shrimp feed to benefit the Rolla Chapter of the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers scholarship fund will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, at Lions’ Club Park on U.S. Highway 63 in Rolla. A social hour will begin at 4 p.m.
The event is open to the public.
Tickets are $25 per person and include free admission to the University of Missouri-Rolla football game at 6:30 p.m. against Central Methodist University, courtesy of UMR’s athletic department.

The menu will include boiled shrimp or filet mignon for those who cannot eat shrimp, baked beans, salad and beverages.
Each year the Rolla Chapter of MSPE awards two scholarships to area high school students.
Sponsors of the event are the Rolla Chapter of MSPE and the Central Ozarks Section of the MSM-UMR Alumni Association.
