Dr. William Gillis, an adjunct instructor at Missouri University of Science and Technology and managing engineer in the planning, design, and construction department at the University of Missouri-Columbia, was named the 2015 Outstanding Professional Engineer in Education by the St. Louis Chapter of the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers.
