Dr. Delbert Day, Curators’ Professor emeritus of ceramic engineering at the University of Missouri-Rolla and senior investigator at UMR’s Graduate Center for Materials Research, recently received the Distinguished Life Membership Award from the American Ceramic Society at the organization’s annual meeting in Cincinnati.
