The Rolla Town Band kicks off their summer concert series with a free concert at 7:30 p.m. this Thursday, June 26, on the Castleman Hall Green, located at the corner of 10th and State streets on the Missouri S&T campus.
The Rolla Town Band will have two more concerts on the Castleman Hall Green on the following two Thursdays, July 3 and July 10. All of the outdoor concerts will begin at 7:30 p.m. Each concert will include a variety of music, from traditional marches to music from film and television.
On July 17, the Rolla Town Band will perform as part of a special “Concert and a Movie” event at Leach Theatre, beginning at 6:30 p.m. After a performance by the band, there will be a screening of the movie “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.”
