Missouri S&T’s Campus Performing Arts Series will end the semester with a bang when STOMP returns to Leach Theatre for two shows on Thursday, May 8.

STOMP has toured the world for almost 30 years showcasing a unique blend of percussion and dance. Its eight performers use everything from brooms to barrels to build rhythms, making art out of mundane objects.

A special matinee performance will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 8. The matinee condenses all of the energy and excitement into a one-hour format. The full-length evening show will begin at 7:30 p.m. Both shows will be held in Leach Theatre of Castleman Hall, located at 10th and Main streets on the Missouri S&T campus.

Tickets for the matinee are $25 for the public, $20 for Missouri S&T faculty and staff, $15 for youth under the age of 18 and $10 for Missouri S&T students. Tickets for the evening show are $45 for the public, $40 for faculty and staff, $25 for youth and $20 for S&T students.

Tickets can be purchased at the Leach Theatre Box Office, located inside the main entrance of Castleman Hall, facing 10th Street. The box office is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
