Beatles fans will be asked to pick the songs to be performed and to share the memories associated with them during the live concert, “Yesterday and Today: The Interactive Beatles Experience.” The performance will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 10, 2010, in Leach Theatre of Castleman Hall.

Tickets are $30 for adults, $10 for Missouri S&T students, and $20 for youth. Tickets are available online at leachtheatre.mst.edu/specialevents/index.html, or from the Leach Theatre Box Office. Regular box office hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday; however the box office will be closed Dec. 20 through Jan. 3. Call 573-341-4219 for more information.

Yesterday and Today 4.jpg By using a playlist created by the Rolla audience, and by sharing the audience’s personal stories, “Yesterday and Today” will connect the performers and the audience like no other show. Each performance is unique.

Conceived and led by Billy McGuigan, the “Yesterday and Today” band does not attempt to impersonate The Beatles. Instead, these accomplished singers and musicians focus on recreating the excitement and energy of the band and the decade of the 1960’s with musical precision and stunning lighting and set designs.

Leach Theatre will offer discounted tickets through its “Back Row Club” one hour prior to the event, should tickets remain for the show. The seats in the last row of the theater will be sold for $10 each prior to the concert.

For more information, call the Leach Theatre Box Office at 573-341-4219 or go online to leachtheatre.mst.edu.
