Public radio station KMST, 88.5 FM in Rolla and 96.3 FM in Lebanon, Mo.,
repaired its transmitter this afternoon (Wednesday, June 4) and is back on the
air.
KMST had been off the air since 11:30 p.m. Saturday, May 31. According to
KMST General Manager Jim Sigler, severe lightning strikes at the KMST
transmitter and tower site likely caused the damage.
KMST is a National Public Radio affiliate housed on the Missouri S&T
campus.
