For the first time ever, UMR’s May 2006 Commencement will be broadcast live on the Internet this coming Saturday morning. And, as has been the case for several years, streaming video recordings will be available on the web by late afternoon on May 13 through the facilities of the UMR Video Communications Center.
To view the event live, go directly to http://msmovie.mst.edu/UMRcommencement after 10:45 a.m. on May 13. This broadcast will be in Windows Media player format at DSL/cable speed only. The actual event is scheduled for 11 a.m. and will last about two hours.

Before the event there are “placeholder” videos with audio for checking the operation of your computer. If you have any problems accessing these links before or after the event, contact the Video Communications Center at 573-341-4526 or vcchelp@mst.edu .
For those who want a better quality video than what is available online, the VCC can provide a VHS tape, CD, or DVD+R copy of the entire commencement ceremony.
