Thirty-six University of Missouri-Rolla faculty members received the Outstanding Teaching Award for 2004-2005 during a luncheon held Friday, Dec. 9, on campus.

Dr. Harvest Collier, vice provost for undergraduate and graduate studies at UMR, presented the awards.

The Outstanding Teaching Award is given each year to faculty members recognized by a UMR committee, which bases its selections on student evaluations.

The award is open to all UMR faculty members except Distinguished Teaching Professors.

The following were selected for the awards:
