UMR’s University and Community Orchestra to perform in free concert March 11
The University of Missouri-Rolla’s University and Community Orchestra and the University Chamber Orchestra will hold a performance at 8 p.m. Friday, March 11, in Leach Theatre of Castleman Hall, 10th and Main streets in Rolla.

The History Club at the University of Missouri-Rolla is raising funds to send books and supplies to schools in American Samoa that were damaged by two cyclones in February. Students in the club will sell books and baked goods to raise the money.

Public radio station KUMR at the University of Missouri-Rolla begins its Spring Membership Drive at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 5, with its popular bluegrass program, "Bluegrass for a Saturday Night." The drive runs through the following Saturday, March 12.
