Thirty-two University of Missouri-Rolla faculty members received the Outstanding Teaching Award for 2003-2004 during a luncheon held Friday, Dec. 10, on campus.
Harvest Collier, vice provost for graduate and undergraduate studies at UMR, presented the awards.
The Outstanding Teaching Award is given each year to faculty members recognized by a UMR committee for effective teaching and faculty awards. The committee bases its selections on student evaluations of faculty members.
The award is open to all UMR faculty members except Distinguished Teaching Professors.
The following faculty members were selected for the awards:
