University historian to lecture on desegregation in Missouri at S&T library

Dr. Larry Gragg, university historian and a Curator’s Distinguished Teaching Professor emeritus of history and political science at Missouri University of Science and Technology, will give a talk at the Curtis Laws Wilson Library this October as part of Archives Month. Gragg’s talk will begin at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21.

‘D-Day, Omaha Beach’ traveling exhibit to include military historian presentation

Military historian Dr. John McManus will give a public presentation titled “The Dead and Those about to Die, D-Day: The Big Red One at Omaha Beach” in late April at Missouri S&T. The talk will draw on his book of the same name and incorporate references to the current D-Day exhibition on display at S&T.

‘Lights, Camera, ROLLA!’ exhibit to open at Missouri S&T Oct. 1
