A $100,000 gift from Nidec Motor Corp. will fund the relocation and expansion of the undergraduate power laboratory in the electrical and computer engineering department at Missouri S&T. The gift will also support equipment upgrades in the lab.

Read More »Music lovers are in for a treat when the 399th Army Band from Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., joins Missouri University of Science and Technology Symphonic Band and Wind Symphony for a free concert at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 19. The concert will be held in Leach Theater of Castleman Hall, 10th and Main streets in Rolla. A free-will offering will be taken for the Missouri S&T band program.
