Missouri University of Science and Technology’s Saudi Student Association will host the 11th annual Saudi Night celebration this April.
The area community is invited to learn about the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Middle Eastern culture and customs at 5 p.m. Saturday, April 22, in St. Pat’s Ballrooms A, B, and C in the Havener Center in Rolla.
Guests will meet students who want to share information about their country and culture. There will be appetizers, displays featuring cultural artifacts and a Saudi artist will have her works on display. After the exhibition, students will host a short program and then dinner will be served.
Tickets are free and you can pick them up at the Havener Center starting Monday, April 17, from noon to 1 p.m. If you need to make special arrangements for tickets, contact the Applied Language Institute between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, by calling 573-341-7753.
